1. I don’t think that Shylock will have a fair trial because the Duke is being friendly to Antonio , and that the law is out of his hands.

  3.  Shylock is said to be incapable of emotions
  4. From what we know we can tell that the judge is bias   because he hates the Jews,  he is on the side of the christian  and is trying his best to free Antonio. The judge calls Shylock incapable of pity and showing no emotion even though he is simply holding his end of the bargain.  Then he calls him an inhuman wretch, this is to show he has no feelings and is two faced. He then calls him a stony adversary. Saying Shylock is a cold heartless animal. Finishing, he said that he is void and empty from any dram of mercy. This is showing that Shylock is evil, soulless and will stop at nothing to get his revenge.
