Is the merchant of Venice anti-semetic

I believe that the merchant of Venice is anti-semetic. The first scene we see Christians tossing Jews of a bridge and being spat on. The Christians call them discriminating names. Onward in the play Shylock’s daughter, Jessica, runs away with his money. Shylock then morns this but cares more about his money than his own daughter. This shows the stereo type that Jews are good with money.
